The "All You Should Eat" Buffet

Ever notice...

Going to the "all you can eat" buffet can be a way to satisfy all of the tastes
and whims of a family. Recently our family went to a Chinese buffet in Everett,
that was "all you can eat". Have you ever noticed that those types of
restaurants attract not only families with numerous children, but severely
overweight people? This made me very sad, as I thought of how it would be to
invite your friend, the alcoholic, to sit in front of an "all you can drink" bar
and help himself.

I absolutely understand that there are those who struggle
daily with the demon of food addiction. I also know that food is a necessary
part of our everyday lives. I'm humbled every day as I talk to members of our
Isagenix team who are overcoming their addiction and creating a new legacy of
health. With that in mind, I think we should get a forward-thinking investor to
look into opening an "All You Should Eat" buffet! Picture a long, chilled,
highly attractive salad bar filled with fresh organic produce. Freshly sliced
and diced vegetables and fruits. Organic olive oil, vinegar, and lemon juice for
dressings. Organic vegetable proteins from which to choose. Boiled eggs,
free-range and organic. Raw sunflower seeds, raw almonds, raw cashews, and
organic dried raisins and plums. Large glasses of filtered water, iced or not,
with organic lemon slices. The invitation would be to stay as long as you like,
enjoying the fresh smells and tastes of what we were made to consume. Nothing
fried. Nothing with added sugar, or unhealthy fats. The "all you should eat"
experience.
